Our \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"\u003einteractions have been daily or almost \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"\u003edaily calls over FaceTime and WhatsApp. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"\u003eWe speak about the things we wa\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"\u003ent to \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"\u003etalk about and I try to somehow add little \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"\u003epieces of wisdom and experience into \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"\u003ethe conversation. Life over screens, \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"\u003eespecially over such extended times is \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"\u003edifficult. This is incredibly tough for \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr role=\"presentation\"\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"\u003eeveryone. It is unbearably tough for me. I \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"\u003ehold on to \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"\u003ethe screen captures and snaps \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"\u003eI am able to capture during our \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr role=\"presentation\"\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"\u003econversations. I have hundreds of them \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"\u003eon my phone. Working with machine \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"\u003elearning I fed many of them into the \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"\u003esystem to extract common emotions and \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"\u003efeelings that connect the many frames \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr role=\"presentation\"\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"\u003eand reco\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"\u003erdings of our conversations. I \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"\u003ecan feel love in these images.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr role=\"presentation\"\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"\u003eThe new images do not show an identity. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"\u003eThey represent something that is more \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"\u003espiritual than surfaces. The colors are \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"\u003ebright and there is joy in what we see. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"\u003eWe will hug again. We will be able to be \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr role=\"presentation\"\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"\u003ein the same room again. Over time he will \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"\u003ediscover more a\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"\u003end more that we have a \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"\u003elot in common. We are part of each other. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"\u003eFiguratively and literally. This work is \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"\u003eabout longing, about hope, about not \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"\u003egiving up.
