This stoneware disk is made of Iberian clay and is connected to the tradition of "Bi-Discs" as they were carved out of Jade over 5000 years ago. It was glazed and fired multiple times resulting in a very complex abstract drawing pattern. Diameter of about 19cm, weight is about 300g, stamped on verso. 2024 mark on verso
